Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DTCSuite (the "Service"), operated by DTCSuite ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
DTCSuite is a software-as-a-service platform for ecommerce and dropshipping brands: store synchronization, competitor intelligence, advertising automation, AI-generated content and product research. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity in your workspace, including users you invite. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you register.
3. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis through our payment provider (Stripe). New workspaces receive a 7-day trial with Growth-level features; when the trial ends the workspace drops to the Free plan unless a paid plan is selected. Plan limits and AI-credit allowances reset monthly and are enforced automatically. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. AI-generated content
The Service produces AI-generated text, images and recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before using it commercially, including compliance with advertising platform policies and applicable law. Advertising created by the Service is always delivered in a paused state — you decide what goes live.
5. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (e.g. Shopify, Meta, payment and email providers) using credentials you supply. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions taken by them.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to violate law or third-party rights, scrape or attack the Service, resell it without authorization, misrepresent AI-generated content in ways prohibited by law, or interfere with other tenants. We may suspend accounts that endanger the platform or other customers.
7. Intellectual property and your data
We retain all rights in the Service. You retain all rights in the data and content you upload. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service on your behalf (e.g. processing product data, generating creatives). Aggregated, de-identified usage may be used to improve the Service.
8. Warranty, liability and termination
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; we may terminate for material breach. Sections that by their nature survive termination do so.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified by email or in-app before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our registered place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
